Speed or quality?

Let’s compare the two styles of any work - first is when the speed is valued most of all, second is when the quality is the main thing to concern.

What is speed?
Speed is always a high risk. If you are moving at a considerable speed you should have a very good reaction, especially if the price of a mistake is high.

Quality is for people who evaluate reliability, attention, stability, trustworthy. Quality pays much attention to huge amount of details.

Quality is depth, speed is the surface.

Speed usually leads to many mistakes, but there are mistakes which can be fixed very fast.  In this case speed pays off.

You can be hard working while chasing the speed or quality. Excellence in each quality is a difficult goal to achieve.

Speed is a car, Quality is a tractor. Tractor can’t beat the car on a highway, but it can pass through the off-road where the car wouldn’t even try to go.

But, of course, the real mastery is when both qualities are well combined.
