And now imagine the taxi driver who is not so fast, not very skillful at driving, not very neat and polite. But he is an interesting speaker or listener. He has charisma and artistic capabilities. He can entertain you very well.

Whom do you prefer to be yourself? An interesting person or the best one?

The answer is simple. Everything depends on your target audience priorities. If they value productivity most of all, it is better to be the best one (the most productive one), if they more value the secondary qualities it is better to be the interesting one.
